Lent Season Event Schedule 2026
Midweek Lenten Soup Suppers and Evening Prayer
February 25th, March 4th, March 11th, March 18th and March 25th
Come and join us Wednesdays in Lent at 6pm in the fellowship hall for homemade soup and evening prayer. We will be serving one vegetarian soup as well as a meat soup plus other food. Each week someone will share the experiences of their life.

Psalm Sunday
March 29, 9:30 am Worship
Palm Sunday marks Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem and his journey to the cross. We will gather in the narthex and on the front porch prior to processing in during our Gathering Song while waving palm branches.
Maundy Thursday Worship
April 2nd | 6pm
Join us in the Fellowship Hall as we share a meal, Holy Communion, prayers and song. The evening’s gathering remembers Jesus’ last meal with his disciples and his outpouring of love for them, washing their feet and sharing bread and cup, including for the one who would betray him. Agape is a Greek word that means love. Our time together will be an act of worship and loving service. Watch for more details to come regarding specifics for the meal.
Good Friday Worship
April 3rd, 7pm Worship
The entire Passion of Christ from the gospel according to Matthew will be read as we reflect and meditate on the sacrifice of our Savior. There will be music, prayers, and more to carry us through Jesus’ Passion.
However, we are always people of the resurrection, so even on Good Friday our worship will end with the Triumph of the Cross knowing that the cross has indeed become the Tree of Life.
Easter Sunday
April 5, 9:30am Worship
Join us for the joy of Easter’s resurrection news! Bring flowers for our Easter garden to surround the cross in the narthex. Glorious song and proclamation that “He is Risen,” will fill our sanctuary. Thanks be to God!
