Pastor Debbie Boyce
Pastor Debbie began her ministry at Faith in late October 2020. She is passionate about her calling as a preacher and providing many ways to hear and connect with God’s word. She is inspired by Faith’s commitment to serving the community and by the congregation’s genuine spirit of welcome and hospitality that reflects God’s grace. She is deeply grateful for the people of Faith, whose encouragement, energy, and shared gifts make the congregation’s ministry a joyful partnership in the gospel.
Pastor Debbie and her husband, Bill, have raised five kids and delight in their grandchildren. For her, they are the people who daily reflect the love and grace of God.

Director of Music Ministries, Doug Cleveland
Doug Cleveland was born in Tacoma, Washington and raised in Olympia and has worked as a church musician since the age of 13. He holds degrees from the Eastman School of Music, Indiana University and the Graduate Theological Foundation. He has
been on the faculties of St. Olaf College, Northwestern University and the University of Washington.
He has served as Director of Music at Plymouth Church in Seattle and St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Medina, where his choir was invited to sing at Gloucester Cathedral and St. Paul’s Cathedral in London. He won first prize in the American Guild of Organists National Young Artists Competition and currently serves on the National Nominating Committee for the American Guild of Organists.
He lives in the Leschi neighborhood in Seattle and loves hiking and cross country skiing in the beautiful mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
Kimberly Delcuore, Office Administrator
Kimberly Delcuore, Office Administrator, has been a permanent member of the staff since February 1, 2021. Kimberly is a lifelong Lutheran who has actively participated in many different church leadership roles.
She is the main contact person for Faith Lutheran Church. It is her voice you will hear on the phone when you call. Kimberly believes her role is a vocation and a calling and receives great joy from participating in the faith lives of those she meets.
She holds a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Psychotherapy from Seattle University and enjoys embroidery, knitting, and spending time with her grandson and 2 great nephews.
